Microscopes to go!

Thanks to the Friends of the Library we now have a desktop microscope which is ideally sized for elementary school students. The tabletop OM117 microscope offers three zoom options – 40x, 100x and 400x – and includes three sets of prepared slides inspired by exhibits at the Natural Museum of History.

We also have handheld pocket microscopes that can be used with the base to view slides or without the base to view objects in their natural environments during your outdoor adventures.
