Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness (virtual)

Tara Rachel Jones, of Flower Yoga, returns for a virtual session of mindfulness and gentle movement. Come join this monthly seasonal yoga/mindfulness session for children in grades K-2. We will practice breath awareness, deep listening, postures, and relaxation, with storytelling as the backdrop to a fun and engaging class!
