To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Caldecott Awards (awarded each year to the artist of the best American picture book for children,) we will have a monthly book club highlighting a Caldecott winner or two. Join us to read the books, enjoy a snack and share activities related to the books.
Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Tale
written and illustrated by Mo Willems, a 2005 Honor recipient of the Caldecott Medal.
Joseph Had a Little Overcoat
written and illustrated by Simms Taback, 2000 winner of the Caldecott Medal.
