summer reading club!

It's summertime, and you can read as much as you want and whatever you want! Come to the Bedford Library and sign up. Set your goal of how many minutes a day you'll try to read. Keep track of your reading in a log book. If you complete five log books by September 1st, you'll earn a certificate! For every child who completes the program, the Friends of the Bedford Library will donate $2 toward one fish and squid dinner (and "fishicles" for dessert) for our mascot, Chacoda, a harbor seal at the New England Aquarium. It'll take only 120 of us reaching our goals by September 1st to feed Chacoda for a whole month!

For reading suggestions, ask one of the Children's Librarians or check out our Summer Reading Booklists.
