Includes state-specific information on adoption professionals, laws and statutes, etc. Site claims t deliver more than 10 million pages of content a month, with more than 1.5 million total monthly visits to its Web sites. Also publishes the Adoption Week e-Magazine, which is sent to more than 120,000 email recipients each week. These Web sites are part of a small, family-run business, Adoption Media, LLC, established in 1996 and located in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix.
Massachusetts Department of Health and Human Services http://www.mass.gov the Department of Social Services provides foster care services for children temporarily or permanently removed from their homes, as well as adoption services for those who are ultimately not able to return to the custody of their parents or family of origin. DSS provides necessary support and training that extends to the adoption/placement process itself as well as post-placement services. |
