Use of Study Rooms

The library has two study rooms available for use by the public.

Study Room 2 is equipped with a computer and printer and is available for use by up to two people at a time.

Study Room 1 is equipped with a conference table and seating for up to six people (no computer).

The following are the regulations for use of either study room:

  • Rooms may be reserved by phone or in person at the Circulation Desk.
  • Identification must be left at the Circulation Desk when picking up a key and will be returned when the key is returned.
  • Sign-up for Rooms 1 is available up to one month in advance.
  • Sign-up for Room 2 (with computer) is available up to two weeks in advance.
  • A reserved Study Room will be held 15 minutes only, then offered to others.
  • There is a two-hour limit for Study Rooms with a limit of three times per week (Sunday-Saturday). Use by two people constitutes a use that day for each person present.
  • Any damage or malfunction should be reported immediately.
