Borrowing Periods

1 Week: Feature Films (VHS/DVD), Children's VHS & DVD's, Magazines, Video Games and Children's Holiday Books

3 Weeks: All other materials excluding equipment; Children's Holiday Books beyond the holiday month

 

Overdue Fines

Print: 10¢ per day per item

Non-Print: 25¢ per day per item

Maximum Fine: $4.00 per item*

 

* Total fines paid for Bedford Library materials at time of return not to exceed $20. Fines from previously returned materials, materials from other libraries, and all equipment are excluded from this maximum fine.

Renewal Policy

One (1) renewal is permitted on most items (except new books), provided there are no reserves pending. Items may be renewed in person, by phone, or through your online account

 

Loan Restrictions

Kindle/Laptop: Must be 16 or older

Magazines: No current issues

Reference: Requires special permission
